Lane & Waterman attorneys, Bob Waterman and Andrea Mason, successfully represented a local ambulance service in a lawsuit by a minor patient and her parents. The suit alleged that after the minor was struck and injured by a motor vehicle, she sustained injuries to her airway while being intubated by the ambulance crew to assist her breathing, before being airlifted from Jackson County Public Hospital to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
