Lane & Waterman Partner, Bob Waterman, presented oral arguments on Constitutional Law issues before the Eighth Circuit in a special session held at the University of Iowa College of Law on March 24. Lane & Waterman Partners, Bob Waterman and Doug Lindstrom, represent an Iowa business suing a Chinese multinational corporation for breach of contract. The oral arguments were presented to Chief Judge William Riley and Judges Steven Colloton and Jane Kelly. The audience included law students and professors at the law school.
