Tim Gulbranson joined Lane & Waterman in 2015 and practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate. He also handles assisting corporations and limited liability companies with formation, labor and employment issues, and contractual matters.

Tim was selected for the 2017-2018 Great Plains Super Lawyers Rising Star list for estate planning and probate law. He serves on the Board of Directors for Gigi’s Playhouse Quad Cities, is a United Way Young Leader, and a member of the Twin Rivers Rotary After Hours. He received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 2005, spent seven years as an active-duty Air Force Intelligence Officer before separating from the military to pursue his legal education. Tim received his J.D. from Drake University in 2015, graduating with High Honors.
