Appellate Practice

Lane & Waterman attorneys have extensive experience in all aspects of appellate law.  The firm's attorneys have handled appeals in state and federal courts, both in cases in which we have represented a party in the lower court proceeding and in cases where we are brought in specifically for the appeal.
