Lane & Waterman has an extensive employment law practice. Its attorneys represent employers in all aspects of employment law in Iowa and Illinois. We provide employers preventive advice to proactively avoid employee claims or litigation. Lane & Waterman represents clients before administrative and local agencies and in state and federal court. Lane & Waterman also routinely represents clients in arbitration and mediation. Attorneys specialize in workers' compensation and employee benefit matters. Specific employment law services include:
